You will receive your final files via:

Delivery time depends on the package purchased:

  • Starter packages: typically within a few business days
  • Standard and premium packages: may require additional time for design development and revisions

Delays may occur if:

  • Client information is incomplete
  • Additional clarification is needed
  • Revision requests extend the design process

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation
  • We will begin processing your request after receiving all required details
  • Work starts based on queue order and package priority

You will be notified when your design is ready for review or delivery.

4. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered fully delivered when:

  • Final design files have been sent
  • Download links or attachments have been provided
  • The client has received access to all agreed deliverables

5. No Physical Shipping

Since Vinatira offers digital services only:

  • There are no shipping fees
  • No physical tracking numbers
  • No courier or postal delivery involved

6. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your files:

  • Please check your spam/junk folder
  • Ensure your email address is correct
  • Contact our support team for assistance

We will resend your files if necessary.
