At Vinatira, we aim to deliver high-quality digital branding and design services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & Services
All products and services offered by Vinatira are digital and customized design services (including logo concepts, branding packages, and visual identity assets).
Because of the nature of digital and custom work:
❗ All sales are final once the order has been processed or work has started.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect purchase decisions
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference
- Delays caused by incomplete client information
- Completed or partially delivered design work
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Technical error causing accidental multiple charges
- If we are unable to deliver the service at all
In these cases, refunds will be reviewed and processed if approved.
3. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation only if:
- The order has NOT been started yet
- No design work has been delivered or initiated
Once work begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Revisions Policy
We may offer revisions depending on your selected package. Revisions are meant to adjust the design within the agreed scope—not to request a full redesign or completely new concept outside the original brief.
5. Digital Delivery
All deliverables are sent electronically via email or download link. Once files are delivered, the order is considered completed.
6. Chargebacks
By purchasing from Vinatira, you agree not to file unfair chargebacks. If you have an issue, you agree to contact our support team first so we can resolve it professionally.
